I did everything in my power to get it running, googled solutions, read the instructions again and after nothing worked I opted for the slowest and typically most unreliable options… Reach out to Customer Support. I’m sure most people hate dealing with defective products and customer support and I am one of those people. I really wanted it to be awesome but my disappointment level was off the charts. Although it was charging the display didn’t come on. I plugged it in and nothing was on the small LCD display didn’t come on. I read the instructions and plugged it in to start charging like the instructions said to do. The light itself feels solid and not cheap like a lot of RGB lights online.
